Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required (may consider associate degree plus 4 years' experience, or high school diploma plus 6 years' experience in lieu of bachelor's).
  • •3+ years of financial counseling experience.
  • •Must be a U.S. citizen and speak fluent English.
  • •Must obtain a favorably adjudicated Tier 2 investigation and pass the OCI (organizational conflicts of interest) process.
  • •Must have AFC, CFP, or ChFC certification (DL license required if applicable; bilingual English/Spanish if required by the contract).
