Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in technical reviews for acquisitions, sales, and real estate development projects as part of Technical Due Diligence, including document review, inspections, technical assessments, and report writing.
  • •Conduct condition/technical assessments covering heating, ventilation, sanitation/plumbing, climate and cooling systems, lift systems, electrical power and installations, and BMS/BAS control and monitoring systems.
  • •Support assessments for installation-related fire protection.
  • •Perform internal quality control of MEP-related costs and reports, and follow up and monitor projects for both new and existing buildings.
  • •Develop feasibility studies and pre-studies closely with a cross-disciplinary team.

Key Requirements

  • •University education in HVAC/building engineering, property management, or equivalent, such as technical vocational training combined with several years of experience in technical property management.
  • •2–3 years of professional experience in project management or design within MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) or in technical assessments/technical property or asset management.
  • •Strong ability to assess building and renovation costs and to perform condition/technical assessments of properties and technical installations.
  • •In-depth knowledge within one MEP discipline, with interest in collaborating across other MEP disciplines.
  • •Ability to work independently and communicate professionally; willingness to travel within Sweden.
