Corporate Governance Manager - Global Payment

Own corporate governance for all ByteDance Global Payment entities, from entity establishment through post-incorporation administration. Spearhead global entity setup, design corporate ownership structures, and manage board and shareholder meeting processes, including resolutions. Define board and statutory officer appointment processes, coordinate governance disclosure and approvals with compliance teams, and support license applications, renewals, regulatory inspections, and internal audits. Improve cross-team governance workflows through internal policies and operating processes.
