Associate Manager - Learning and Development

Own end-to-end learning and development for staff by analyzing training needs and building annual, quarterly, and monthly training plans. Partner with department managers and the L&D team to design, deliver, and continuously improve induction, technical, functional, and soft-skills programs. Measure effectiveness via assessments and reviews, coach departmental trainers, maintain training records, and coordinate with external providers when required.
