Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Supply Chain components of New Product Introduction (NPI) from engineering handoff through supply chain readiness and field launch across procurement, warehouse ops, and field teams.
  • •Build and administer the RCCA program by tracking open issues across functions, driving closure, and reporting trends and systemic risks to leadership.
  • •Coordinate Supply Chain and Warehousing OKRs by facilitating quarterly goal-setting and tracking progress against company priorities.
  • •Run structured cadence meetings across procurement, logistics, warehouse ops, and field teams and produce executive-ready dashboards aggregating status across project owners.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of program or project management experience in supply chain, operations, or a hardware/product environment
