Key Responsibilities

•Drive cross-functional initiatives from charter to close by defining scope, aligning stakeholders, running structured meetings, managing timelines, and holding teams accountable.
•Own the Supply Chain components of New Product Introduction (NPI) from engineering handoff through supply chain readiness and field launch across procurement, warehouse ops, and field teams.
•Build and administer the RCCA program by tracking open issues across functions, driving closure, and reporting trends and systemic risks to leadership.
•Coordinate Supply Chain and Warehousing OKRs by facilitating quarterly goal-setting and tracking progress against company priorities.
•Run structured cadence meetings across procurement, logistics, warehouse ops, and field teams and produce executive-ready dashboards aggregating status across project owners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 130,000 annually

•5+ years of program or project management experience in supply chain, operations, or a hardware/product environment
•Strong cross-functional influence—driving accountability and alignment without direct authority

•Familiarity with RCCA or continuous improvement frameworks (Six Sigma certification not required)
•Comfort with ambiguity; you can move forward without perfect information
