Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform manufacturing and assembly in accordance with written production records and safety guidelines.
  • •Operate semi-automated and automated manufacturing equipment to assemble products to requirements.
  • •Weigh, measure, blend, and check liquid and chemical raw materials to ensure correct batch contents.
  • •Maintain production records to comply with requirements (ISO 9001:2000, SOP’s, and Work Instructions).
  • •Operate chemical equipment and material monitoring devices, including calibration, cleaning, upkeep, and in-process testing.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in a life science or engineering discipline preferred.
  • •Minimum 3 years of prior experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
  • •General understanding of semi-automated and/or automated equipment.
  • •Ability to review and recommend changes to technical documentation, including batch records, work instructions (WI’s), and SOP’s.
  • •Knowledge of computer applications is desirable.
