Key Requirements

•Specialties include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Geriatric Medicine.
•Experience providing care to residents in skilled nursing facilities or similar post-acute settings.
•Strong documentation and charting skills, with ability to use an EHR and related technology.
•Excellent communication and collaboration with facility nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams.
