Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare meal services areas, sales counters, and the cafeteria for service, ensuring hygiene and safe work practices are followed.
  • •Greet guests and provide responsive, friendly, courteous service; arrange and display food and beverage items and assist with service.
  • •Maintain accurate cash register transactions, ensure proper cash turnover each shift, and recommend strategies to meet daily sales targets while upselling customers.
  • •Monitor non-moving products to avoid wastage, maintain stock taking and inventory, and coordinate with stores and production for timely deliveries.
  • •Handle equipment defects, report accidents/incidents/injuries and customer complaints immediately, and attend required trainings and safety initiatives while complying with cybersecurity policies.

Key Requirements
