Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive on the vision for team initiatives, collaborating with leadership to align design outcomes with business goals.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering and AI Research to evolve and implement strong product design standards across the stack.
  • •Partner with stakeholders across the organization to define new products and features and to launch them.
  • •Own end-to-end design work from strategy through onboarding support, ensuring operational components are in place.
  • •Engage with engineering partners to understand technical constraints while maintaining a high design bar and execution quality.

  • •It is preferred that you can get in the weeds with your engineering partners and make sense of technical constraints, while still pushing forward and maintaining a high design bar and level of execution
