Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership over a large portion of one of our products and own projects end-to-end (wearing hats traditionally worn by product and design)
  • •Research competitors, write product specs, build wireframes, and implement solutions
  • •Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Infra to ship high-impact features
  • •Develop building blocks and abstractions (e.g., analytics modeling, policy/engine components) that scale across the product
  • •Contribute to a culture of rapid iteration with minimal process while maintaining strong quality and clarity in communication
