•Develop BRDs, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
•Document business processes, data flows, application and technology requirements, and business rules.
•Translate business requirements into clear inputs for technology teams and delivery partners.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services environments.
•Strong capability in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.
•Experience working across technology-enabled transformation initiatives in regulated industries.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior client stakeholders.
•Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality.
