Key Responsibilities

•Lead deep technical and business discovery sessions with federal stakeholders to uncover mission gaps and translate outcomes into an executable architecture, demonstration/POC, and activation plan.
•Build high-impact demonstrations and POCs to show how autonomous AI agents can automate federal workflows and citizen services.
•Deliver world-class product demonstrations that align Salesforce solutions with agency missions and functional requirements.
•Create end-to-end technical architectures integrating Salesforce’s Agentic Enterprise Platform with security and enterprise architecture needs.
•Design and lead hands-on technical workshops and Deep Dives for agency IT leads and Enterprise Architects; present solutions to GS/Executive-level leadership.

Key Requirements

•7+ years customer-facing solution/technical architecture experience (pre-sales, consulting, implementation) with increasing scope/influence.
•Proficiency of Salesforce Core (Public Sector Solutions, Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) and the Data 360/Agentforce stack.
•Agentic AI fluency: practical understanding of LLMs, RAG/grounding, evaluation concepts, and how agentic systems behave in production (safety, reliability, governance).
•Experience with agentic engineering tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Agentforce Vibes, etc).
•Ability to run technical & business discovery to define agentic solution use cases, success metrics, and a feasible execution plan.
