Job Summary

Assist designated machine operators and production teams across a range of tasks, including maintenance, clean-up, yard/warehouse support, utilities, material handling, and production support. Perform repetitive and sequential work assignments, operate equipment such as hoppers, bagging and sealer machines, forklifts, palletizers, and powered vehicles. Help keep equipment clean by clearing conveyors and maintaining the surrounding area, and support truck loading/unloading as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist designated machine operator or production team in maintenance, clean-up, yard work, warehouse, utilities, material handling, and other production functions.
•Handle assignments in a repetitive and/or sequential order to complete assigned tasks.
•Operate machinery or equipment such as hoppers, bagging and sealer machines, forklift, palletizers, hydraulic equipment, powered tractors, or vehicles.
•Clean-up machinery and conveyors, maintain the surrounding area, and keep equipment free of debris during downtime.
•Assist in loading/unloading of trucks and perform other job-related duties as needed.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/equivalent, or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience.
•Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
•Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
•Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs from ground level, occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance, if needed.
•Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
