Key Responsibilities

  • •Secure gates and buildings, patrol the premises, and sound alarms/notify authorities in emergencies.
  • •Verify only authorized individuals enter and vehicles are authorized to exit; check departing vehicles to prevent theft.
  • •Greet customers at the gate, provide prompt service, and resolve complaints in a friendly manner.
  • •Use a handheld device to input vehicle information (including VIN, miles, owner ID, and repair orders) and verify VINs match bills of lading.
  • •Watch and report irregularities and maintain equipment, safety/security information, and emergency/management contact lists.
