Associate Director, Project Controls - Infrastructure

Lead end-to-end project controls delivery for large, complex infrastructure programmes in London and the South East. Own contract success criteria across time, cost, and performance, and implement governance, processes, and systems throughout the project lifecycle. Manage risk registers, change control, KPI-driven performance, and project finances while coordinating cross-functional controls teams in a matrix environment. Serve as the day-to-day interface to ensure client objectives are met to quality, time, and budget targets.
