•Effectively manage and collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure client delivery.
•Communicate effectively across the internal team to ensure efficiency and consistency in client delivery.
•Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
•Verify that project governance, processes and systems are utilized and adhered to.
•Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
•Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience, specifically working with mechanical systems in the built environment.
•Strong organizational and management skills – ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
•Background working in design or construction with a mechanical or BMS controls experience.
•AND/OR Background working in a vendor equipment factory supporting quality control processes of mechanical equipment.
