Job Summary

Own and execute multi-year category strategies for Bose’s global Logistics spend. Lead complex sourcing initiatives across ocean, air, parcel, 3PL, warehousing/distribution, and over-the-road transportation, including RFIs/RFPs, supplier evaluation, and commercial negotiations. Build and govern strategic supplier partnerships using QBRs and scorecards, monitor performance and risk, and translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations. Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Operations to deliver measurable value and procurement excellence.

•Demonstrated experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with logistics, transportation, or supply chain service providers.
•Strong understanding of transportation and logistics categories including ocean, air, parcel, 3PL, warehousing, and over-the-road transportation.
•Proven ability to lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.
