Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the product roadmap across hardware, software, AI, and field reliability, setting and defending priorities against goals and constraints.
  • •Shape training data strategy, model evaluation criteria, and deployment thresholds with the R&D team, and close the loop using field failure data.
  • •Spend time at production sites to turn operator observations and edge cases into structured requirements, capability specs, and integration requirements.
  • •Run a customer-driven backlog, sequence work with engineering leads, unblock dependencies, and maintain momentum.
  • •Track KPIs such as uptime, pick success rate, intervention rate, and time-to-value, and represent the product in pre-sales technical conversations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in product management with a track record of shipping complex technical products in production.
