Job Summary

Lead SEPA Payments consulting engagements from business analysis and functional design through testing and into implementation support. You’ll bring strong customer orientation, applying your own expertise and collaborating with Capco colleagues to drive delivery. As the project progresses, you assume increasing ownership, including leading sub-projects and smaller project teams. The role is focused on SEPA payment concepts, processes, and terminology.

Key Responsibilities

•Support complex payments consulting projects across business analysis, functional conception, testing, and implementation support.

•Lead sub-projects and smaller project teams over the course of the engagement.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Strong interest in (SEPA-)payments and familiarity with SEPA terminology and processes.
•Knowledge of SEPA-related concepts such as SCL, STEP2, SCT, SDD, Clearing & Settlement, and R-transactions.
•Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with assertiveness and drive.
•Team-oriented, constructive, and customer-focused working style.
•Fluent German and English skills.
