Key Responsibilities

  • •Issue, monitor, and control work permits to ensure daily work initiatives align with local policies and procedures.
  • •Ensure projects are carried out in line with Zero Incident safety culture and monitor work activities throughout the workday.
  • •Coordinate with the project team and client representatives, including the fire marshal, to ensure materials are properly stowed in approved laydown areas.
  • •Support a Facility Protection Plan with the Project Manager to minimize the impact of construction within occupied building areas.
  • •Provide updates and formal reports to the Project Coordinator Team Lead regarding hours worked, permits issued, and safety events; manage vendor/service provider performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 92,500 - 105,000 annually
