Key Responsibilities

  • •Unpack incoming shipments and process receipts (count, weigh, measure, label, and quarantine nonconforming material).
  • •Validate part number, quantity, revision, and condition against purchase orders, quality clauses, drawings, and specifications.
  • •Inspect materials and review certifications/specifications for completeness; approve or reject items and document nonconformances.
  • •Maintain inventory accuracy: pick/kit/deliver to shop-floor locations with lot/serial traceability, manage locations/bins, and perform cycle counts and audits.
  • •Prepare and ship outgoing packages (including flight-critical NFO and supplier returns) and handle ordnance/dangerous-goods shipments while coordinating carrier pickup.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •1+ years of experience in receiving, inspection, inventory, or material handling in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Must be able to work long hours (10+), weekends/holidays as necessary, and work all shifts with overtime as needed.
  • •Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • •Able to obtain and maintain required certifications to handle and ship ordnance and dangerous goods.
