  • •Define and deliver HSBC’s enterprise AI engineering strategy aligned to business objectives and technology direction.
  • •Shape the architecture and build/scale AI/ML and Generative AI platforms and associated applications.
  • •Embed reusable capabilities, frameworks, tooling, and engineering standards across engineering teams.
  • •Deliver production-grade GenAI solutions including LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows with reliability, scalability, and maintainability patterns.

  • •Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade platforms and cloud-native solutions at scale.
  • •Strong Python capability and modern engineering practices across APIs, microservices, databases, containers, and CI/CD.
  • •Practical GenAI expertise across LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and evaluation/guardrails.
