Production Technician (Shift Working)

Troubleshoot and monitor production equipment to keep manufacturing running continuously and ensure orders are delivered on time. Track machine status such as safety guarding and productivity, collaborate with team leads and maintenance on corrective actions, and support teams to hit output and scrap-rate targets. Train new operators, maintain 5S in the working area, assist with setup and trial runs for new items, and record spare parts and consumables.
