Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the day-to-day operation of the Hyderabad campus across facilities engineering, hard/soft services, food, transport, reception, security, and workplace experience
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for Hyderabad site leadership with responsive support, transparent reporting, and fast issue resolution
  • •Manage the campus as an owned asset, including building systems (MEP), preventive maintenance, life-safety compliance, and long-term capital planning
  • •Manage and develop on-site outsourced vendors, contractors, and partners against clear KPIs and SLAs
  • •Own both operating and capital budgets for the site, tracking spend, identifying cost efficiencies, and providing accurate financial reporting; ensure regulatory/safety compliance and support sustainability/ESG and business continuity planning

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of overall experience
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • •4+ years of management experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or site/workplace services, including experience managing an owned facility or building asset
  • •Demonstrated experience managing on-site teams, vendors, and contractors to deliver day-to-day operations and projects
  • •Working knowledge of building systems and facilities engineering (MEP, life-safety, preventive maintenance) sufficient to oversee an owned asset
