Key Responsibilities

  • •Use AI-assisted tooling (LLM-based test generation, copilots, agent frameworks) to accelerate test authoring, triage, and coverage analysis.
  • •Create test strategy, detailed test plans, and structured test cases for product requirements and partner use cases.
  • •Validate full-stack behavior across China-specific deployment environments and local partner integrations.
  • •Lead bring-up testing for new robot hardware platforms entering production and execute factory software test plans and manufacturing acceptance criteria.
  • •Manage robot fleet updates in the lab, identify and regress internal/external bugs, and produce root-cause analysis and statistical quality reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Masters (or Equivalent) degree in CS/CE/IT/ECE/EEE
  • •3-4+ years of hands-on software QA or test engineering
  • •Experience across an embedded or robotics software stack
  • •Strong programming skills in Python and/or C/C++ and ability to write logical scripts/code
  • •Hands-on experience with functional safety standards (ISO 26262), particularly for autonomous systems
