Principal Contract Management Spec

Interpret internal and external business issues in contract management and recommend best practices for complex prime-contract challenges. Work independently with minimal guidance while applying deep contract and project strategy expertise within the Project Controls function. Manage prime contract client relationships, flow downs to subcontracts and purchase orders, change orders, insurance/claims, permits compliance, letter of credit requirements, and risk/warranty obligations, reporting to project directors and JV/consortium partners.
