Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop, mentor, and influence a team of 5+ engineers and project managers.
  • •Oversee compliance and process safety, including site air permits and equipment quality for fab production requirements.
  • •Manage projects within the exhaust systems scope, including engineering design, cost estimating, financial management, and documentation.
  • •Provide day-to-day operational and maintenance support, monitoring quality and capacity concerns and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • •Lead root-cause analysis and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to contain and correct problems.
