Job Summary

Lead offshore/onshore field engineering efforts, providing guidance and technical advice to the team to generate engineering deliverables. Serve as the main point of contact for resolving technical queries during offshore/onshore construction and installation, coordinating with onshore teams to ensure alignment with project standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Review all technical project documents upon contract award and identify differences or discrepancies between pre-contract and post-contract documents, as well as deficiencies in tender method statements.
•Attend bid interviews with local Management and participate in global management reviews.
•Ensure all bid inputs have been reviewed and approved by the Division Manager and General Superintendent before submittal.
•Prepare technical clarifications/qualifications about the scope of work, drawings, and specifications and submit them to the Proposal Coordinator.
•Develop a plan and allocate resources for the project to ensure that engineering deliverables are completed according to the agreed-upon schedule.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
•7 - 9 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with Major Contractors or consultant
•At least 2-3 years of Operations and field Engineering experience
•Thorough knowledge of Excel with Macro commands
•MS Project scheduling software
