Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end IBMS projects from design to communication planning, scheduling and monitoring.
  • •Handle IBMS systems such as BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, VMS, and other ELV systems.
  • •Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • •Review project drawings, BOQs, technical submittals, and method statements.
  • •Ensure project completion within time, cost, and quality parameters.

  • •Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation engineering; 2–5 years hands-on IBMS/BMS commissioning experience
  • •Strong knowledge of BMS software, HVAC, ELV systems, and electrical schematics
  • •Experience with reading/interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • •Networking knowledge: LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, IP addressing
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with project coordination experience
