Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform tank and piping connections for spray dryers and holding tanks, including connections for CIP of dryers.
  • •Operate spray dryers (start up and operation of the R3 dryer) and monitor and record processing data.
  • •Run CIP of spray dryers, dryer holding tanks, and line circuits following FIX screen selection of CIP cycle, recipe, cycles, and chemicals.
  • •Use established process descriptions and job analysis information to control propane/natural gas and powder conveying fans and lines.
  • •Wash and clean equipment per sanitation manual; follow GMP program and rules.

Key Requirements
