Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and inspect incoming shipments and components.
  • •Perform incoming quality control checks on parts and materials.
  • •Assemble enclosure structures and mechanical components, including measure/drill/cut/modify for custom fitment.
  • •Install AV equipment (screens, cameras, speakers, peripherals) and perform wiring, connector installation, and cable terminations.
  • •Test assemblies for system readiness, then package and crate finished units safely for transport. Maintain organized workspaces and follow shop safety procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.48 - 25.23 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in AV installation, electromechanical assembly, hardware build, or similar hands-on technical work.
  • •Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, drills, and cutting equipment.
  • •Familiarity with wiring connectors, cable routing, and cable terminations.
  • •Ability to perform incoming QC checks and identify defects or inconsistencies.
  • •Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented build procedures consistently.
