Key Responsibilities

•Own a product vertical end to end, including outcomes/metrics, backlog prioritization by value/risk/dependency/strategic priority, and crisp acceptance criteria.
•Shape technical design with engineering, covering system boundaries, idempotency/ledgering/reconciliation, third-party rail behavior, and failure/retry/refund paths.
•Make and defend trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX with engineering, compliance, and ops stakeholders.
•Treat regulated constraints as product inputs, including licensing scope, CDD/KYC and limits, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, and data residency/privacy.
•Apply AI where it earns its place, defining allowed decisions, human-in-the-loop boundaries, evaluation approach, and handling when the model is unsure; ship behind flags through external gates.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience owning a complex technical product end to end with strong judgment under ambiguity and decisiveness with senior engineers.
•Solid system design foundation (datastores, queues/workflows, APIs, failure modes, concurrency consistency) and ability to review/challenge design docs.
•Experience in a regulated/high-consequence domain (payments, banking, remittance, insurance) or strong ability to ramp quickly, including understanding money movement correctness.
•Hands-on experience with LLM-based products, including defining what can be decided, evaluation approach, and knowing when a model must not be in the loop.
•Technical/AI product mindset, including zero-to-one and shipped AI-heavy consumer products (nice to have).
