Director, Design Management – Amenity & Hospitality Design

Lead design management for hospitality-inspired employee amenities and destination spaces across American Express’s global headquarters program. Partner with the Design Integration Lead to translate hospitality, wellness, food service, and user experience strategy into integrated architectural and interior design deliverables. Oversee concept through construction documentation, coordinate multi-discipline engineering, manage design-to-budget and schedules, and ensure design quality, governance, and operational readiness through commissioning.
