Key Responsibilities

  • •Create short-form motion content for Shorts, Reels, and TikTok at scale.
  • •Develop and build an animation system that becomes part of RiseGuide’s recognizable Social Media visual language.
  • •Collaborate with the Social Media team to find best visual storytelling solutions.
  • •Adapt existing graphic assets and experiment with new information-delivery formats.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience creating motion graphics for social media with strong understanding of short-form video aesthetics.
  • •Strong command of Adobe After Effects, plus working with assets from Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • •Experience using AI tools to optimize and streamline production processes.
  • •Understanding short-form content structure (Hook, Retention, Conflict, Call to Action) and short-form dramaturgy.
  • •English at Upper-Intermediate+ level to work with English-language content.
