Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver robust estimation processes to produce best-quality, cost-competitive bids that support regional sales targets.
  • •Estimate ELV packages end-to-end, including input studies, RFI generation, equipment take-off, device selection, solution design, BOQ costing, and cable schedules.
  • •Prepare technical proposals and submittals such as qualifications/assumptions/deviations, system architecture, and floor risers in line with regional requirements.
  • •Size and select servers and storages with required calculations; propose secure LAN/WAN/VPN solutions for hardware deployed at single sites or across building clusters.
  • •Manage bid/no-bid (BNB) capture and approvals, lead L-review preparation and calls with stakeholders, and coordinate with sales, business development, and operations teams for inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •3-7 years of experience estimating for ELV/ICT systems and strong knowledge of estimation/pre-sales processes, materials, and costs.
  • •Strong proficiency in using estimating software and tools, and ability to interpret project plans, specifications, and drawings.
  • •Value-engineered approach and ability to manage jobs/projects to standards and budgets.
  • •Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across regions and balance speed and accuracy to meet timelines.
  • •Exposure to design and estimation for complete ELV/ICT solutions.
