Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and oversee heavy duty gas turbine work at customer field sites, providing quality service.
  • •Plan jobs by providing instructions to the crew and using the required equipment.
  • •Coordinate and direct service operators and manage cleanup, repair, and equipment preparation for the next job.
  • •Execute assigned tasks safely per site quality checklists and applicable TPS service processes and procedures.
  • •Interact with customer representatives and site teams as needed, maintain activity records, and train operators to improve performance.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5+ years of experience in a field service or maintenance position.
  • •Industry experience and IET product line training required.
  • •Participate in minor/major outages, commissioning, and installation.
  • •Know L1 service (boroscope) and services such as combustion inspection, hot gas path, and rotor swap.
  • •Ability to understand and implement technical drawings, troubleshoot, and follow heavy duty gas turbine maintenance procedures.
