Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct background research, data collection, and benchmarking to support cost decisions.
  • •Support total project budget plans during the planning stage.
  • •Perform estimation tasks for new construction and renovation projects.
  • •Develop and evaluate Value Engineering (VE) proposals and support bidding and contract-related activities (e.g., procurement strategy, estimate evaluation, price negotiations, contract terms advice).
  • •Monitor project costs after construction contracts and manage change, providing cost reporting and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in construction projects (e.g., construction manager, procurement, project manager, vendor, or consultant).
  • •Native-level proficiency in Japanese (JPLT N1/N2).
  • •Business-level English (TOEIC 700+).
  • •Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle negotiations.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, including SUMIF and XLOOKUP for data aggregation and lookup.
