Bring deep product expertise into the customer journey by partnering with Customer Success Managers to shape Success Plans that connect business goals to product adoption and measurable value. Identify adoption gaps and optimization opportunities across Unit4 solutions, guide customers toward scalable standard functionality, and support Value Enhancement Services through triage and alignment to outcome-based packages. Feed customer insights back to Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience to drive continuous improvement.

•Partner with CSMs to shape and evolve customer Success Plans connecting business goals to product adoption and measurable value.
•Use product knowledge to identify adoption gaps, optimization opportunities, and best-practice pathways across Unit4 solutions.
•Guide customers toward scalable, future-ready ways of working by promoting standard functionality and reducing unnecessary complexity.
•Support Value Enhancement Services by triaging customer needs and aligning them to outcome-based packages or analysis paths.
•Bring the voice of the customer back into Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to influence continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical customer support or technical consulting in ERP.
•Experience in customer success, consulting, implementation, or enterprise SaaS/ERP roles.
•Ability to translate product capabilities into business value and guide customers toward measurable outcomes.
•Confidence working with customers on adoption, optimization, and value realization.
•Knowledge of ERPx and related domains (reporting, configuration, extensibility, APIs, Extension Kit) plus SQL and data.
