Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical and product demos through the pre- and post-sales cycles, driving technical workshops, solution architecture, implementation guidance, and presentations to Executive sponsors.
•Manage continuous client relationships by understanding their business requirements, expectations, and technical support needs with understanding customer technical architecture.
•Collaborate with Executive Directors, Product Management and Engineering Teams, contributing to the development of new product features.
•Act as a client advocate, providing valuable feedback to internal teams.
•Clearly communicate client requirements to the Sales Team for their sales calls.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Programming, or a related accreditation.
•5-8+ years in a client-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integration Engineer, Implementation Manager, Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar).
•5+ years deep knowledge in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, financial services, banking, payments, and/or trading.
•Prior experience in both pre-sales and/or post-sales capacities.
•Proven ability to lead and manage client engagements and projects.
