Visual Manager - Manchester

Lead the store’s visual and product strategy by overseeing operational and visual merchandising processes. You’ll drive strong salesfloor standards using business performance data, manage product recovery and restock/destock changes, and plan visual floor updates aligned to budgets and timelines. Partner with the General Manager on metrics like expenses and sell-thru, represent the business in meetings, and coach/develop a visual team through accountability and talent planning.
