Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes to keep the store customer-ready.
  • •Champion strong visual standards on the salesfloor using business performance data.
  • •Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising, including product recovery, restock, destock, and visual changes.
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes through payroll management and budgeting/timeline ownership.
  • •Lead and develop the Visual team through accountability, continuous coaching, and recruitment/succession planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience of leadership within retail or related industry.
  • •Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • •Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • •Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
