Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve network incidents of medium/high severity and participate in major connectivity incidents.
  • •Conduct end-to-end troubleshooting across multi-site environments to identify LAN/WAN and datacenter infrastructure faults.
  • •Provide operational support for Cisco Routing & Switching, including connectivity analysis and performance/routing verification.
  • •Support Cisco ACI incidents, changes, and complex escalations in collaboration with networking architects.
  • •Coordinate network incidents with carriers/telecom providers and execute infrastructure changes during defined operational windows.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Network & Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •Advanced English/bilingual capability (will be evaluated).
  • •Proven experience with Cisco Routing & Switching in complex enterprise environments.
  • •Advanced troubleshooting for LAN/WAN in distributed, multi-site settings.
  • •Operational knowledge of Cisco ACI and SD-WAN solutions (ideally Aruba SilverPeak/EdgeConnect).
