Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day site supervision of a fast-paced construction project.
  • •Supervise site logistics/operations: work schedules, progress, resource allocation, deliveries, offloading, inventory, storage, and staging of materials.
  • •Implement and enforce safety policies and drive safety culture with contractors and internal partners.
  • •Coordinate contractors and internal partners daily, resolving conflicts and triaging issues to engineering & project management as needed.
  • •Manage delegated procurement and execution of specific construction projects, including cost/schedule development and tracking project status.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •2+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction management, architecture, or facilities management.
  • •Field experience in a technical field or supervising a multi-discipline team of contractors/laborers.
  • •Experience with construction project management, including estimating, cost control, schedule, and contractor management.
  • •Ability to read, review, and approve shop and fabrication drawings.
