  • •Hire, manage, and develop a multi-team design group spanning Design Systems, Code, MCP, CMS, and Community

  • •Lead critique, sprint, and design review practices across the pillar

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of design management experience, ideally managing managers and leading teams through ambiguity and change

  • •Proven track record partnering cross-functionally (product, engineering, research, marketing) to solve complex design challenges
