Key Responsibilities

  • •Augment and deploy IT infrastructure including networking, server, and desktop hardware for mission-critical launch networks.
  • •Perform systems upgrades and patches in between critical operations, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • •Monitor IT services and aggressively respond to incidents to maintain systems performance.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues with system deployments.
  • •Author and maintain IT systems documentation and leverage automation tools to support IT systems engineering efforts.
