  • •Build and maintain a deep, diverse pipeline of established and emerging on-air, digital-first, multi-platform journalists.
  • •Negotiate contract renewals for NBC News on-air contributors and develop strong contributor pipelines.
  • •Evaluate talent through interviews, reels, auditions, and editorial exercises.
  • •Manage shared internal systems for contract timelines and external talent scouting/recruitment meetings.
