Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day transportation, warehousing, distribution, inventory movement, and returns activities across domestic and international operations.
  • •Ensure accurate, on-time shipment processing while meeting service, quality, cost, delivery, and compliance objectives.
  • •Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency, resilience, and scalability.
  • •Oversee inventory accuracy via cycle counts, audits, root-cause analysis, and process controls; manage warehouse receiving, storage, inventory control, shipping, and returns.
  • •Manage carriers, customs brokers, and third-party logistics/warehouse partners; monitor freight spend and performance metrics, and lead Lean/Six Sigma continuous-improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Progressive experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
  • •Leadership experience managing employees, operational teams, or complex logistics programs.
  • •Experience managing third-party logistics providers, freight carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse service partners.
  • •Strong knowledge of transportation management, warehouse operations, inventory control, freight optimization, and logistics compliance.
  • •Experience with enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP or Oracle, and transportation/warehouse management systems.
