Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver customer integrations and Salesforce Platform solutions as part of a team, from discovery and design through code and deployment.
  • •Evaluate and implement technical solutions, including enterprise integrations leveraging middleware tools and platforms.
  • •Create application and technical design documents that follow Salesforce best practices and integrate with customer infrastructure.
  • •Troubleshoot key customer implementation issues and drive them to successful resolution, including evaluating business and technical requirements.
  • •Manage customer expectations, negotiate solutions with customers/partners, and proactively identify and manage risk areas.

Salary: EUR 40,000 - 55,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in the IT space.
  • •Hands-on technical and solution implementation experience in a software domain, including coding in object-oriented languages.
  • •Strong background in object-oriented programming (e.g., Java) and understanding REST/SOAP API design, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • •Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
  • •Proficiency in both English and Italian languages.
