Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and evolve the Developer Experience, CI, and CD product roadmap across developer portal, scaffolding and golden paths, shared frameworks, micro-frontend platforms, CI pipeline templates, test and build automation, artifact/registry management, and deployment tooling.
  • •Partner with Developer Platform engineering leads to convert platform strategy into a scoped, sequenced roadmap with clear ownership.
  • •Define and track adoption and outcome metrics for developer tooling and use them to prioritize investment.
  • •Drive the self-service agenda by reducing manual platform tickets through making golden paths, scaffolding, and deployment the default engineers use.
  • •Collect and synthesize engineering feedback (developer surveys, SDLC insight tooling, and direct engagement) to identify friction points and represent roadmap progress and tradeoffs to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior product management experience owning developer-facing or platform products (internal tooling, CI/CD, developer portals, or infrastructure platforms).
  • •Ability to define and ship technical, engineering-facing product roadmaps by translating ambiguous developer pain points into scoped, prioritized work.
  • •Technical fluency with CI/CD concepts and tooling, including pipelines, build/test automation, artifact management, and deployment strategies.
  • •Experience helping engineering teams prioritize shared platform capabilities (e.g., service chassis libraries, micro-frontend scaffolding, shared middleware) while balancing team needs and adoption.
  • •Comfort using metrics-driven prioritization (e.g., DORA metrics such as deployment frequency, change failure rate, lead time, MTTR).
