Job Summary

Use internal operational data, external market intelligence, and project insights to uncover emerging risks and opportunities for the construction industry. Join the Intelligence Digital Products team within Strategy and generate actionable insights via analysis, visualization, and scenario analysis. Support end-to-end ML workflows including data preparation, feature/label creation, baseline modeling, evaluation, and reproducible pipelines, partnering with BI, data engineering, and product teams to inform senior leadership decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop analytical reports and visualizations to communicate insights from exploratory analysis, trends, and model outputs to business stakeholders.
•Support end-to-end ML workflows, including data preparation, feature/label creation, baseline modeling, and evaluation.
•Apply reproducible build practices with modular code, version control, documented assumptions, and repeatable experiments.
•Improve efficiency of data and ML processes through performance optimization and scalable pipeline execution.
•Partner with BI, data engineering, and product teams to translate business questions into data and modeling requirements.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience with machine learning tools, cloud platforms, and data warehousing (Snowflake exposure is a plus).
•Strong Python or R skills for advanced analysis, including data wrangling, statistical analysis, and modeling.
•Experience using SQL for data profiling, dataset creation, and ETL/ELT validation.
•Ability to structure ambiguous questions, define success metrics, and translate model outputs into clear business decisions.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or related field, plus 2+ years of relevant experience.
