Job Summary

Senior development and quality leader responsible for defining and driving development, industrialization and quality strategies for hats and gloves. Leads cross-functional projects with Création, Collection, Innovation, Regulatory, Sustainability, Supply Chain and Purchasing to ensure on-time market launches, high product quality, and alignment with sustainable and innovative objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and pilot the development and industrialisation of new products in collaboration with internal and external partners, ensuring quality, cost and timelines are respected.
•Create conditions for successful market introductions and manage industrialisation for the most strategic and complex projects.
•Consolidate overall activity through progress tracking, scheduling, risk management and performance indicators to guide the team and resolve blockers.
•Define seasonal development capacity including fashion shows and coordinate with Collection and Commercial teams for go-to-market dates and validation processes.
•Animate product specifications covering functionality, production flows, tests, aging and wear, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Engineering background with a Master/Bac+5 level
•Minimum 6 years of experience in development or industrialisation
•Strong aptitude for materials (textiles, straw, felt, metals) and craftsmanship
•Ability to make decisions and take initiative, with strong product sensibility
•Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork, with ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
